When you get your leotard, we strongly recommend that you try it on underwear, as long as you do not make sure that it suits you. Only then can you remove the tags. If the leotard for some reason did not fit, you must inform us about the problems of the product in 3 days of receipt of the product.
We understand that ordering a leotard online can sometimes be a daunting task. We want you to be completely satisfied with our product and always try to meet our customers and are ready to help fix the problem, even if the measurements were taken by you is not true.
In this case, sending the product is made by the client.
Return or exchange of goods produced by objective reasons and possible only within 2 workers days of receipt of goods in the following situations:
If the product is manufactured in other (not your) measurements.
If the product is defective, if it can't be fixed.
If there is a violation of the integrity of the tissue (if it is not provided by design).
In these cases, we are able to provide as soon as possible a new product according to your measurements (delivery is made by the manufacturer) or return the money to you. At the request of the customer.
According to the law of Ukraine "on the protection of the rights of the consumer", underwear and swimwear are included in the list of goods of proper quality and cannot be exchanged or refunded, provided they are not faulty.
Please carefully read and fill the page measurements, check again before sending. Claims for products, that are made by taking measurements wrong or measurements wrongly specified, the manufacturer does not accept.
